Meditation and exercise give life a new light. If you meditate or exercise even for just 10 to 15 minutes a day, then both the mind and body will be healthy.
In the morning or evening, we can take 10-15 minutes for ourselves. Meditation calms the mind and when the mind is calm, physical health will also be fine.
In the same way, physical health is corrected by exercising and if the circulation of blood is done through better process then it also makes the mind healthier.

Do the things that make you happy. Like if you feel good by helping others, then help one person everyday or if you are interested in something creative then do it.
