Sometimes if some other person tells something wrong about us or makes fun of us, then some such things go home in our mind, which human being fails to come out.  He/She starts thinking something in their mind that I am like this. Why did he/she say this about me? Or why am i like this?  That person creates his own ideas by thinking something by himself. Whenever he starts any work, he keeps thinking whether it has happened or if it has not happened? Though thinking is not a wrong thing, but thinking becomes harmful when we think excessively and start wishing to overcome things which are not under our control. This is called overthinking.
